About Me

Moving to another country or resolving document issues from a distance can be an exhausting challenge. I know this because I experience this reality daily. My name is Raquel Belli and I have prepared my whole life to help you navigate these processes without any headaches.

My journey began in Brazil, where I graduated in Law and worked for over 15 years as a notary clerk in a Notary Office. This experience gave me deep knowledge about extrajudicial acts, validation, and legalization of documents.

In the last 5 years, living and working as a consular dispatcher in the USA, I have transformed this expertise into practical solutions for Brazilians who need to resolve their affairs with consulates and government agencies.

With years of experience supporting Brazilians in the USA, I offer personalized and efficient service to regularize your documentation.

My goal is to simplify bureaucratic processes, ensuring you have peace of mind and the security that your process is in the hands of someone who truly understands the subject.

Mission

To facilitate consular processes with clear, secure, and personalized service, helping Brazilians in the United States resolve their documentation with greater peace of mind.

Vision

To be a reference in consular dispatching, recognized for trust, agility, and care in every service provided.

Values

Transparency, Efficiency, Legal Security, Customer Focus. We understand that behind every passport or visa there is a dream, a business trip, or a family reunion. We serve with empathy and dedication.
